Reserved tickets will be available at the box office up to 30 minutes before the film starts. Please note that there may be queues at the box office, so please pick up your tickets in good time.
The box office opens half an hour before the first screening. Card payment is now also possible.

Accessibility
Both venues are partially accessible.
The CITY 46 has an elevator, restrooms, and ground-level access to the movie theaters. An induction loop system is available at the box office for hearing aid users. The system is automatically activated; you only need to activate the T-coil on your hearing aids.
The JUB has a mobile ramp at the entrance and restrooms. Due to limited space, we recommend that wheelchair users and their companions make reservations in advance.
Admission is generally free for assistants/support persons.
